?Business Planning:

Estimate/forecast business potential in hubs & formulate activities to agreed budget & timescales.
� Develop and present business plans for the zone to management.

2. Channel management:

� Map industry opportunities & define marketing goals for dealer.

� Define manpower structure & identify development plan for team.

� Lead & manage team (develop, motivate, guide, demonstrate & supervise), to achieve planned targets.

� Implement BharatBenz sales processes at dealership.

3. Client Consultation:

Prepare innovative, value-added, techno-commercial solutions on transportation requirements of clientele.
Consult clientele on application-centric viable transportation solution.
Focus on new customer acquisition & application diversification through detailed project consultations.

4. Relationship Management & Liaisoning:

Develop & maintain meaningful relationships with channel partners, customers, financers, bodybuilders & other business entities. Interact with project authorities (public & private sectors) for identifying business opportunities.
� Regularly liaison with internal customers (Regional teams, GTM, PMG, Sales Planning, Customer Support, Network etc.), for aligning on business requirements.

� Facilitate post-sales support to different regions.

5. Business Intelligence & Report Generation:

Document and provide regular updates to management on implementation of sales plan. Prepare weekly & monthly MIS updates.
Map competition actions & propose counter strategies.
Monitor key drivers for mining & provide inputs to formulate action plan.
Map new product solutions & provide inputs for understanding usage & viability
