?Effective and Productive engagement with the Alliance Partners.
� Achieve the Gross Sales and Net Sales Budget of the Alliance Channel
� Ensure high productivity of the Alliance channel through sales of high margin products
� Provide Product presentations, effective delivery of product positioning to the Alliances
� Work closely with the Alliance Management Team and provide meaningful feedbacks
� Create a Bottom-Up demand for Principal Mutual Fund schemes with the Alliances
� Provide a high level of service delivery
� Engage & effectively utilize the Fund Managers for local market visits with the Alliances
� Monitoring the MIS reports provided by the Head Office in order to understand the progress of the Alliances & address the gaps
� Effective implementation of any marketing initiatives with Alliances & monitoring the progress
� Stay on top of market dynamics and emerging trends and work closely with AMG Team India.
� A positive thought process to be a problem solver & solution oriented while dealing internally/externally with Alliance partners.
