Responsibilities: -
Building a Customer Centric organization; Including Agency Customer Service and Service Delivery
Ensure and improve Service Delivery standards are met by working with SSC and the other dependent parties in Agency.
Identify and drive joint Process Improvement Projects with SSC. Implement Six Sigma or other quality improvement frameworks wherever possible.
Work with the network closely to map the Customer Service processes and standardize as much as possible. Continue to audit the processes and ensure they are implemented as designed.
Develop, maintain, modify Service Delivery (Documentation) processes; Audit to ensure processes are followed.
Develop and implement tools for ease of customer interactions and interdepartmental communications with a view to improve speed and reliability of response.
Roll out global tools and new systems on a pan-India basis and standardize processes across all zones.
Support the Agency Customer Service, Counter and other teams to support the teams on technical documentation issues and complicated cases.
Build, retain and train a highly talented team.
