job description

?Create a complete and transparent overview/portfolio of the demand to the GbS organization and organize decision making related to these, both for services and projects by:
� Analyze internal customer demands and proposing new or different service scope and its business case.
� Execute feasibility studies on (new) business opportunities for GbS and develop the concepts to sell these opportunities.
� Coordinate decision making with respect to Service Portfolio.
� Maintain service catalogue including overview which services are offered to which customer / region (incl. outsourced services) and communicate this to provide clear guidelines and standards for service delivery to the internal customers.
� Support account managers in definition of customer SLAs and OLAs
� Manage the process for all aspects of catalog creation, expansion and improving.
� Develop and communicate costing chargeback models for GbS service delivery, for new services and existing services and monitor implementation for GbS services.
� Collecting inputs for potential projects impacting GbS from inside GbS (Service Change, Service Management, SDUs) and outside GbS.
� Ensures the project portfolio is transparent w.r.t. resource availability, dependencies and business case and prepares proposal for GbS management team for decision making and prioritization.
� Assuring the benefits tracking of projects and cross charging for services is in place and handing over realization tracking to Performance Management

The people in the team can/will have specific focus areas (e.g. service catalogue or projects), however should also be able be flexible to execute activities across the various areas.
