?This is a commissioned sales position as Account Executive- for enterprise Global 1000 customers. The prime focus for the role is to drive client's growth with large institutions in India to deploy innovative Content driven collaboration solutions that deliver strong business results for the customer. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, evangelizing and winning architecture decisions � Display technologies, Software licenses & Cloud- in targeted enterprise accounts by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on products and services from client.
The successful candidate will build deep relationships with senior customer executives and ecosystem partners, understand customer business needs, and help customers solve their problems through the deployment of client-based solutions. The candidate also helps position as a trusted advisor and technology thought leader in solving challenging business problems through the innovative application of technology.

?? Individual with 10-15 years of solutions sales with minimum 5-6 years experience in enterprise sector, working with a leading SI or ISV and a successful track record delivering business results from Global 1000 enterprise customers.
? Specific knowledge of Energy and Utilities customers would be a plus Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.
? Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment of high ambiguity and constant interruptions; ability to work under pressure and in crisis situations.
? Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and results orientation.
? Ability to work effectively within a complex matrixed organization, across business groups, cultures and time-zones.
? Good sense of humour, flexibility and can-do spirit. Willingness to travel frequently.
? Passionate commitment to quality and success.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
? Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
? Strong business and technical acumen required, an MBA would be an advantage.
