?? Calendar Management for the Board.
? Create meeting(s) timeline, prepare and distribute meeting notification, correspondence, and agenda
? Attend Board meetings and record minutes.
? Prepare action tracker and follow up on the same with all the concerned stakeholders.
? Periodically review minutes and action tracker of past meetings and prepare a consolidated tracker as
on date.
? Draft/Edit Board correspondence, design and maintain standardized reports /spread-sheets, and
continually maintain and update all records for the board
? Preparation and presentation of various Management Reports in the desired format after data
collection and analysis.
? Periodically collate Sales Data using ERP (or manually) from various teams (New Business
Development, Account Management, Channel Sales, Marketing etc.) in Sales Department
? Preparation of Data for Monthly Regional Sales Meet through ERP.
? Complete ad-hoc projects as directed by the Board by proficiently researching and gathering
information from internal and external sources. Summarize and compile findings in written reports,
spreadsheets, graphs, or other appropriate formats and present to the Board.
? Liase with the External and Internal Stakeholders on behalf of the Board.
? Ensure and maintains confidentiality and discretion by taking necessary actions.
? Travel and Expense management of Board.

?Will lead entire analytics of EA.

?Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
? 3-5 years of experience in a similar profile (preferably in a Multi-National Company).
? Excellent MS Office Skills � Excel, Powerpoint and Word
? Excellent Inter-Personal Skills.
? Confidence in presenting data to Board.
? Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
? Meticulous and ability to pay close attention to detail
? Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritizing tasks.
? Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
? Excellent organization and time management skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion at all times.
