?Revolves around ensuring that the business is profitable, cash flow/working capital driven, operating
effectively and efficiently with proper internal controls in place to help prevent and detect fraudulent
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting financial results monthly after intensive variance analysis to measure profitability,
expenditure, cash flow/working capital vs. the business plan and for the same period in the
previous year.
2. Derive reliable results from our Navision 13.0 / Microsoft Dynamics ERP and validate its
efficient functioning.
3. Forecast financial results for the year on a monthly basis.
4. Prepare the annual financial budget based on the sales & expenditure budgets and strategic
targets & growth plans.
5. Develop tools & systems to provide critical financial & operational information to the Managing
Director and make actionable recommendations on operations with the Group.
6. Ensure group and company policy guidelines are strictly being followed across all functions in
the organisation.
7. Colloborate with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

1. Right Organisation -Multinational engineering company with local manufacturing in India,
professional process driven manufacturing environment.

2. Right Function - Corporate finance combined with ERP implementation experience.

3. Right Position - Direct Reportee to the MD or CFO in the above function
4.Right Qualification - Chartered Accountant CA with Controlling education and intensive ERP
training. A Mechanical Engineer with a MBA Finance /Chartered Financial
Analyst CFA can also be considered.
5. Right Experience - 8 -10 years post qualification experience, 4 years minimum relevant
experience in a manufacturing environment, 34 years � 2
6. Competence & - Worked in a corporate finance function with clear understanding on
Capabilities all the financial, controlling & fiscal management processes.
- Hands on approach and working style
- Strategic analytical capability, attention to detail and excellent
communication, presentation skills.
- Excellent teamwork and cross functional working skills.
- ERP implementation experience, strong business process
understanding, ERP functional knowledge in Navision 13.0.
- Passion for minimizing costs and maximizing profits.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing finance policies, procedures, systems.
- Well versed in the technical aspect of all kinds of financial decisions,
in depth knowledge of various statutory and legal regulations
