?Be the single point of contact for the India Finance Team for all Finance/Accounting/Budget related areas, and proactive & overall financial management for the company, including managing foreign exchange and optimum budget utilization.
Manage, maintain and coordinate banking relationships and financial partnerships.
Manage and maintain the master accounting data - ensuring appropriate accounting treatment for all transactions and that controls are in place, and performed as per the proper accounting principles.
Analyze and evaluate company's financial results to make appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain petty cash.
Ensure timely and employee friendly response for statutory and compliance in the Finance and HR areas (e.g. PF, ESI, Income tax etc.).
Drive internal and external compliance including secretarial functions (e.g. Board meetings are held as per existing Laws), all monthly, quarterly and year end reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Drive internal and external audits and the related compliance/actions.
Assist HR and Operations Teams on finance-related activities, such as payroll, procurement, and expense forecasting.
Prepare monthly reports.
Develop and administer finance policies and procedures.
Work with the Finance, HR and Operations Teams on all other tasks and responsibilities.

?6+ years of professional experience in Accounting.
Graduate, additionally MBA Finance/Advanced Accounting degree (Preferably Chartered Accountancy).
Experience in working through the overall financial management function.
Managing multiple stakeholders and working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, financial accounting and auditing skills.
Innovative, creative, detail oriented, takes complete ownership.
Excellent presentation and inter-personal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Proficiency in Quickbooks.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Highly motivated and engaged, able to work flexibly individually and in a team environment.
