?Application of management accounting principles and tools in order to achieve wealth
creation for member firm clients in accordance with Value Based Management approaches.
2. Identification, development and management of member firm and member firm client needs
through a detailed understanding of their businesses. Raising value added services with the
member firm. Sourcing the right person to address those needs and to begin to project
management multiple needs of member firms and member firm clients.
3. Heavy involvement in strategic functions of local firm development and contribution to
development of local firm policy and procedure.
4. Responsibility for career development of local team members, participation in performance
appraisals, addressing competency and performance concerns, identifying training needs and

?Prior experience of working with Accounting/Payroll/Taxation process is a must


?1. Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent with a minimum of 10
years experience or proven ability in a similar role.
2. High level technical ability in accounting and taxation, including indirect taxes.
3. Ability to identify business performance issues and produce commercially relevant advice
and solutions in areas of cash flow/solvency, business improvement and management
4. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
5. Advanced computer Skills in accounting packages.
6. Thorough understanding of Insolvency Law and Practice as it relates to the solvency of
member firm clients and options available to them.
7. Detailed knowledge of Corporations Act and ability to advise member firm and member firm
clients in relation to these matters.
8. Detailed knowledge of Corporate Governance focus including risk management, quality
assurance and policy and procedure.
9. Knowledge of changes occurring in the accounting environment and local firm, member
firm and member firm clients.
