?As a first point of contact for the HR Department, the HR Assistant will provide first-line support to
employees across the Group and assist a busy HR team. The main part of the role will be to co-ordinate
the HR Helpdesk, responding to basic queries, assigning queries to the relevant HR team member and
maintaining and recording employee data.
You should have previous experience in an HR. You should also be competent in Microsoft Office
applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

?Ensuring that the HR Helpdesk/HR inbox queries are responded in a timely manner within the set SLAs.
? Working closely with the whole HR team to ensure that queries require escalation are assigned to
relevant team members and closed.
? Maintaining and managing the HR in box and taking sole responsibility for responding to employee
references, employment confirmations, liaising with payroll in matters of pay related queries,
employment changes, starters, leavers, etc.
? Working closely with the HRBPs to arrange training sessions by booking rooms, sending invitations and
joining instructions to attendees, compiling training material if required, checking rooms prior to
training sessions, collating attendance information and updating the training tracker.

? Supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners with ongoing HR projects.
