?1 Manpower Planning, Budgeting and HR Expense Budgeting
� Conduct annual manpower planning exercise
� Monitoring headcount
� Monitoring employee CTC and HR expenses
2 Talent Acquisition
� Hiring of skilled resources in line with approved manpower budget
� Framing job descriptions
� Negotiation, empanelment and co-ordination with manpower consultants and evaluating their performance
� Sourcing of candidate resumes, conducting preliminary interviews
� Salary negotiation and fitment, obtaining approval from MD and offer roll-out
� Maintaining regular connect with candidate till joining
3 Employee Life Cycle Activities
� Generation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, address proof, NOCs, etc.
� Act as the single point of contact for employees for all HR activities from recruitment to exit
� Be an active employee champion and address employee queries and concerns
4 Exit Management
� Oversee preparation and processing f&f settlement
� Oversee the processing relieving letter, experience certificate, f&f settlement sheet
� Exit interviews, analysis and feedback, proposing attrition control measures
5 Compensation & Benefits
� Annual salary revision and increment exercise, increment letter generation and roll-out
� Conducting compensation benchmarking surveys and carry benchmarking exercise on benefits for field employees, sales incentive
6 MIS Management
� Maintaining updated and accurate HR database with employee demographics such as qualifications, years of experience, reporting managers, salary details, etc.
� Maintaining accurate Ti Plus for Japan
� Provide for monthly HR analytics
7 HR Policies
� Policy updation and policy upkeep
� Employee communication on policies
8 Leave, Attendance and Travel Management (HRIS)
� Ensure the HRIS is up and available all the time for employees
� Oversee the HRIS and ensure the system is up to date
9 Statutory Compliance
� Ensure compliance with regards to Factories Act, Provident Fund Act, ESIC, Statutory Bonus Act and all Legal HR Compliances
10 Admin Management
� Office maintenance and upkeep
� Ensure supply of stationary and courier
� Facility management, guest management
� Co-ordinate for Annual Strategy Meeting
11 Personnel File Management
� Regular updation and maintenance of employee personal files
� Ensure all records are filed and updated

Qualification & Experience
� Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, preferably MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management, from a reputed institute
� Minimum 8 � 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management
� Excellent subject knowledge of Human Resource processes and latest HR trends
