?Responsibilities, Accountabilities and main duties:

� Contribute to the development of IT strategy for the Company and implement strategies, policies and procedures for the IT department to enable achievement of Companys strategic objectives.

� Provide leadership, motivate and develop reporting staff to ensure that the function has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution in providing services across the Company.

� Develop and gain approval for annual plans and budgets, revenue and capital, and support their successful implementation ensuring business objectives are achieved.

� Monitor and control IT operations so that it meets and exceeds the service levels agreed with users and conforms to relevant technical and security standards within budgeted cost.

� Ensure performance of staff is aligned with company policies and procedures to enable achievement of Company business objectives.

� Promote technology based re-engineering in the Company that best advantage is drawn from integrated technology opportunities to improve business efficiency.

� Develop and maintain constructive relationships with user departments throughout Company to be able to understand and respond positively to their needs, and to make them aware of the opportunities and limitations of computers and information systems, help them develop their IT capabilities in order to promote utilization of IT.

� Manage the implementation of projects aimed at setting up common platforms and systems so that Company strategic objectives are achieved.

� Participate in defining and securing agreements with vendors which provide the best terms and conditions and quality so that Company gets best value for investment.

� Take leadership through close coordination with other IT resources to share best practice and adopt integrated IT solutions and policies that are compatible and consistent across the Company to be a best of breed technology solutions provider.

� Develop staff in line with Company Objective and Succession plans ensuring that future plans are met by highly qualified, committed and motivated staff.

� As a member of the top team help develop the strategic program of the Company, provide Suggestions to the Management and other members which ensures that Economic Value Added is optimized.

� Maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, data center infrastructure to cater the Business Objectives.

� Monitoring performance of SAP platform for efficient execution of business operations and coordinate with Team members/Consultants for development, modifications, troubleshooting and maintenance of SAP modules and related infrastructure, software etc.

� SPOC (Singly Point of Contact) for IT Related Escalations across all regions and ensure that Escalations are resolved in timely manner. Ensuring the required Measures are taken to minimize the Escalations after analyzing.

� Ensuring & Monitoring the required controls are in place as per the requirement form ISRM Audit and ensuring that the recommended measures are implemented.

� Mentoring IT Team Members and performing skill gap analysis for team members and ensure the adequate training on skill gaps.
