?The PMS Connectivity Executive position is primarily responsible of the interfaces connectivity between Travel Tripper Products and hotel Software providers. He/she deals with IT providers, liaises with internal team and coordinate activities related to Travel Tripper customer support on all products. This position will be the first point of contact in all support related inquiries and will be expected to investigate and resolve all connectivity issues. The candidate will work on upcoming and ongoing interface projects. The daily duties and responsibilities of this position will change periodically according to business need. You will need to be versatile and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines from Travel Tripper.

?Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
� Responsible for Travel Tripper�s connectivity with existing IT vendors such as PMS and OTA
� Main point of contact between clients and connectivity vendors, current and potential and be able to maintain company relationships while negotiating on behalf of Travel Tripper
� Implementing, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting all Travel Tripper�s connectivity
� Develop and educate both Travel Tripper clients and internal team of connectivity solutions
� Able to monitor ticket-based service desk issues. Give technical support to clients and troubleshoot issues
� Coordination and facilitation of the roll out of new interface connections
� Communication of amendments in the interface to the partners and coordination of the changes
� Identify areas and testing scenarios to increase efficiency through integration process for existing problems

Skills:
� At least 1 year experience of using SQL
� Analytical and problem solving skills (be able to detect problem data delivery and be able to come up with solutions)
� Knowledge or experience with OTA specifications, XML based messaging are a strong plus
� Experience Interface and connectivity experience preferred
� Proactive, sense of responsibility and can work independently
� Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
� Flexible and open attitude, open to changes
� Eye for details, data driven and able to prioritize
� Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent, customer friendly and target focused
