- Engage - with potential customers personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Understand - who our potential customers are, what brought them to LHPL, their intent and time line for purchase, thus creating a robust customer profile
- Collaborate � with management and direct / indirect team members and support functions such as marketing to ensure timely deliverables are met. In discussion with management, implement strategies for direct sales and channels for various promotional offers
- Develop � healthy direct customer and investor database
- Manage � sales team comprising of 3-4 sales consultants, handhold and coach the team to achieve goals
- Meet � sales targets from direct sales and channel sales teams. Meet targeted number of new additions to the direct sales and channel partner database every month / quarter
- Close - close sales by continuously providing all required information and negotiating and facilitating the direct team members and channel partners every step of the way
- Provide - the highest levels of customer service to all our customers, brokers and channel partners
- Nurture - maintain a healthy sales pipeline for LHPL by converting enquiries into site visits and site visits into closures
- Prepare and manage - the annual calendar by panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.
- Ensure � smooth registration, training, certification and brokerage disbursal for channel partners. Ensure regular product and price updates to direct customers and channel partners
- Educate - and excite our potential customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements
- Documentation - formally record each sale in the companys ERP system and provide regular reports to the functional head on the status of the sales pipeline
