?Manage high impact organizational projects which are cross functional, cross geography in nature.
? Support geographies/cluster of accounts /support functions in Continual Improvement initiatives.
? Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives.
? Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives.
? Support one or more Business Excellence initiatives e.g. CSAT survey, Internal Customers Satisfaction (ICSAT), Self Assessments (Health checks), Tools Adoption, AIZEN, etc.
? Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives.
? Build team capability.
