??���������Lead a team of Sales Managers across different regions in India and some countries in
SEA and be responsible to guide them to their respective OR and other sales targets
?���������Responsible of Order Received Target for Hy Service division
?���������Present and sell Voith Hydro service solutions proactively to customers and generate
growing results for service business
?���������Identify and qualify new customers and expand business with existing customers
?���������Visit customers, listen to their needs and continuously assess the market for potentials in
OPEX business
?���������Generate sales leads and opportunities and continuously update the project pipeline in the
CRM system
