?Roles and Responsibilities:

� Analyze the market in terms of competition and customer insights, for inputs to brand strategies
� Conceptualizing and executing brand strategy for complete range of stakeholders including segmentation, targeting and positioning

� Project-manage branding campaigns and adhering to timelines for roll-out and customer engagement, both internal and external

� Own the entire branding campaign of company's transitioning into expected to focus on category creation and thought leadership

� Plan budget allocation and track key performance metrics

� Share OKRs periodically with management for decision making and strategic alignment

� Identify correct branding channels based on deliverables and target audience;

� Managing vendor partners for on-ground execution across states

?Qualifications & Experience:

� 5-8 Years of work experience in Branding vertical

� Experience as a team lead or co-lead of a few end-to-end branding campaigns

� Exposure to branding vertical in an early-stage organization will be preferable, but not mandatory

� Expected to have top-notch communication skills � writing and speaking

� Ability to lead with influence and collaborate with inter-functional teams

� Comfortable with juggling projects catering to a highly diversified target audience, from schoolkids parents in a tier 3 town to school owners or board members in metropolitan cities

� Demonstrable experience in working on brands with an appeal that cut across multiple population segments

� Exposure to social media marketing tools to cater to diverse stakeholders
