?2. Carry out Financial reporting to DSM as per the time schedule provided by them through Hyperion Financial Management System.
3. Provide Management reports at defined intervals:
- Monthly Financials with variance report on financial performance 3rd Business day of the following month
- Locationwise Expenses & Profitability Report 10th Business day of the following month
- Cost Centre Expenses Report 10th Business day of the following month
4. Carrying out financial forecasting / analysis. Annual/Monthly Cash Flow Projections and analysing the variations with the actuals on a monthly basis in order to have effective control over the movements of funds of the company with an objective to ensure adequacy of funds to meet monthly business requirements. Regular investment of short-term surplus in appropriate channels of investments (safety of funds being the prime objective of any investment) with an objective to optimise investment return. Analysing alternative long-term investment options to help take long-term investment decisions. Maintaining proper records of investments of the company.
5. Ensuring smooth running of Accounts Payable & Receivable Functions.
6. Tax planning, liaisoning with income tax authorities in respect of tax matters of the AMC. Calculation of Advance tax libility and ensuring payment of the same on or before the due date. Ensuring compliance with Taxation Laws.
7. Overseeing the responsibilities of Accounts Support Team with constant supervision and continous motivation.
8. Working on the Local Budgets, Plans, Forecasts and Predictions for DSM.
