?- As part of their Customer Focused Technical Support Team (CFTS TAC Team) you would be Troubleshooting Customer reported Issues
- As a individual Contributor you would drive to provide timely solution to the problem reported, understand the impact on business due to the same
- As a TAC Engineer (Technical Assistance Center Engineer) Mitigate outages & work towards Root cause analysis
- Provide timely resolution by replicating the problem scenarios, engage in communication to the customers, engineers & then provide a final fix.
- Gain indepth knowledge of Network Topology, features, configuration & service history for faster resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders & external service provider to focused trainings, network deployments & Network trainings
- Mentor new hired support engineers
- Shifts � 12X7 (5.30 AM � 8 PM). Weekend & Holiday coverage would come with some very good benefits.

?Strong basics in IP, MPLS, Multicast Protocol, Technical Assistance Center (TAC)


?6+ Years of experience in troubleshooting of Datacenter & Large enterprise netwroks.
- Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) skills
- Through understating of IP Packet flow,
- Thorough understanding IP Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISSI), Layer 2 Protocols (Ethernet, VLAN, BFD, STP, RSTP, ARP, LACP)
- Multicast Protocols
- MPLS, L2 & L3 VPN, LDP, VPLS, Traffic Engineering, RSVP
