?- Supervise and define with the client the logistic flow for each new project, assure its correct implementation in the plant and the processes to follow-up, and respond to the customer needs.
- Supervise the supply chain cost of the projects: transport and packaging optimization.
- Audit the follow up of FICOSA supply chain procedure deploy in his/her plan.
- Look for the correct deployment of the FICOSA supply chain System (FLS) in the plant.
- Inform to the Plant Manager and to the Corporate Supply Chain Director about the main logistic effectiveness and efficiency indicators of the plant.
- Coordinate the team to define and implement specific action plans to solve the logistics problems that can affect the plant.
- Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.
- Manage and develop the plant logistics team.
- Participate in daily production control meetings and in the Plant Committee representing the Logistics function.
- Deal with the customer for main supply chain issues.
- Define the annual budget of the supply chain area.
- Provide his/her team with the necessary means to comply with Health & Safety and Environment rules and assure they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment.
