?Responsible for management of a framework to support process improvement activities across core operational areas
Ensuring that process changes are made in line with stated methodology and all benefits are quantified
- Partner with operational units to conduct analyses and improvement plans that drive quality initiatives including process and quality improvement, cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Partner with leaders and fellow Lean Six Sigma SMEs to pilot activities with operational teams to introduce lean tools and techniques to improve performance.
- Support the embedding and use of Operational KPIs and data to drive decision-making across operational teams.
Working closely with the Change Management and IS Departments to ensure delivery of technology change required to support process improvements
Developing a reporting framework to ensure all benefits are captured and tracked accurately from process improvements
- Ensure that process improvement methodologies are embedded within the organization through a variety of means including partnering with Talent Management.
- Acting as a coach and mentor for the team, developing individuals to reach their full potential

?Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree (preferred) and 5 years Intellectual Property experience or progressively demonstrable experience in quality management, process improvement and business change, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a must.
- Ability to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and 'ever evolving' environment, leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills � throughout all levels within the organisation.
- In depth experience with KPI development, metrics and a proven ability to analyse data to report on operational performance and act as a catalyst for driving process improvements.
- Aptitude to consider the customer and commercial interests when undertaking quality and/or process improvement activities.
- Must be highly adept with strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally, to develop positive working relationships and have the ability to lead and work within a high-performing, expert team.
- Ability to see the big picture � balancing discrete, tactical change with broader process and business requirements.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Expert knowledge of the Intellectual Property industry and supporting processes is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (VP at minimum)

Candidate should be from Consulting background/IP management background
