- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across the investment banking business
- Design and develop engaging, interactive training programs covering technical, professional, and leadership topics
- Leverage the latest learning technologies and methodologies to deliver impactful in-person, virtual, and self-paced training
- Partner closely with business leaders to align L&D initiatives with the strategic priorities of the investment banking division
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously iterate to improve learner outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in finance-focused L&D
- Manage a team of L&D professionals to execute the broader training and development strategy
skills & experiences required.
- 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within a financial services or investment banking environment
- Strong understanding of the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for various investment banking roles
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact, innovative training programs
- Excellent project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and developing a team of L&D professionals
- Knowledge of learning management systems, content authoring tools, and other educational technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or L&D certification preferred
