Our Client, a mulitnational tech company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all calls in an efficient, accurate, professional and pleasant manner.
- Greet and assist all visitors; maintain company visitor sign in book. Issuing of visitor badges

- Daily management of the meeting room booking system
- Sort and distribute all incoming and interoffice mail and deliveries, including preparing and sending mail
- Verify receipt of all deliveries prior to signing vendor delivery tickets/logs.
- Provide assistance to office employees on facilities
- Orient new employees to general office procedures.
- Respond quickly to all emails and requests for information
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance within physical office space such as carpeting, repainting, electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Resolve or coordinate timely resolution for all facilities requests, such as temperature complaints, conference scheduling conflicts, cleaning issues etc
- Maintain listing of emergency contacts and procedures.
- Assist in local preliminary space plans and assign desks
- Maintain adequate records and logs as defined by manager including annual service maintenance contracts
- Assist in management of contractors on site
- Daily report to facilities co-ordinator on office issues e.g broken equipment, cleaning, issues, services completed

Requirement:

- Smart immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Great customer care skills and attention to detail
- A friendly motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to use own initiative
- A great team player
- Previous reception experience required
- Experience from a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential
- Superb IT skills
