We are on the Looking For a Talented Tax Financial Controller to join a Global IT service providers.

Office Based In Dublin (10 month initial Contract)

The GCO Tax Financial Controller reports directly to the Financial Controller, and is responsible for actively managing all accounting aspects required from GCO within the tax area including tax audits

Job Responsibilities:
*Act as a main point of contact for tax audit inquires
*Liaise tax directors to discuss requisitions
*Manage actions and responsibilities to stakeholders
*Manage deadline impact to identify prioritisation in order to meet deliverables and mitigate risk
*Anticipate potential risks or issues before they arise and create solutions
*Use the knowledge and synergies of past audits to accomplish current request in a efficient way
*Manage GCO buy-in and support to align their resources and efforts based on the risk prioritization
*Lead weekly meeting with the Tax Audit Directors
*Liaise with finance teams in Dublin and globally to obtain accounting financial and supporting date for tax audits for the company
*Manage within the GCO Controller Team the Tax Alignment Process for the preparation of tax provisions and Transfer Pricing Documentation within the annual cycle
*Continuously improve operational excellence

*Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA)
*4+ years post qualified relevant experience in similar position
*Professional Tax Qualification
*Large PLC/Multinational/Big-4 audit experience and US GAAP reporting
*Knowledge and experience with ERP solution systems is an advantage
*Fluency in English essential
*Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations
