Pozisyona ilişkin ilanı oluşturmak ve yayınlamak,

Başvuruların değerlendirilip mülakat organizasyonlarını yapmak,

Kurum yöneticileri ile görüşerek adayları değerlendirmek,

Referans kontrollerini gerçekleştirmek,

Mülakatların yapılması ve sürecin devamında tüm işe alım aşamalarını tamamlamak,

Her pozisyon için ayrı oryantasyon ve iş başı eğitim içeriği hazırlayarak süreci tamamlamak,

Personel oryantasyon sürecini koordine etmek,

Organizasyonel değişiklikler ve yeniden yapılanma süreçlerinde görev tanımları oluşturmak.

qualifications
Üniversitelerin ilgili Lisans bölümlerinden mezun,

İşe alım süreçlerinde minimum 4 yıl tecrübeli,

Seçme yerleştirme süreçlerinde aktif görev almış,

İletişimi kuvvetli, insan ilişkilerinde başarılı ve temsil yeteneğine sahip,

Dinamik ve enerjik, zamanını planlayıp-yönetebilen, sonuç odaklı,

Raporlama yönü güçlü,

İstanbul Avrupa yakasında ikamet eden.
