for an important client we are looking for an administrative assistant/secretary with very good knowledge of microsoft office, very good management of secretary tasks (agenda, travel office and mail), enthusiasm and a very good knowledge of English, we are looking for a candidateat with least 5 years of experience in secretary tasks.

The assignee will be part of an innovative department. Specific duties will include:

- Provide divisional focal point for all incoming and out-going communication with Departments, Divisions or Sections.

- Draft and follow up formal correspondence with external organizations (industry, research organizations, international

- Interface with on-site services for access, accommodation, facilities, printing and IT services, meeting & all the facilities

- Maintain updated status information on all activities in the department portfolio

- Provide logistical and administrative support for events planning and organization

- Administer and shared on-line documentation (calendars, reports, minutes)

- Populate web pages and social media

- Prepare Mission Orders and internal communications (forms, minute, memos, signatures) for the staff and the external experts

- Administer inputs to corporate information

- Manage miscellaneous small procurements for the department

The company offers two years temporary contract with a salary around 2,300€ net per month.
