Country Manager

The Sales & Marketing Division at Randstad Professionals – the Business Unit specialized in research and selection of middle, senior and executive management profiles - is seeking for a Country Manager for a one of the most important Italian Company in the B2B service industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Write annual budgets and detailed and effective business operating plans to achieve medium and long-term growth objectives
  • Rigorously monitor and track progress towards financial and business objectives
  • Recruit and manage staff, including people performance monitoring, coaching and training
  • Lead, motivate, develop and manage the Network of Partners by building strong business relationships
  • Establish a structured selling process and look for improvements and learnings
  • Supervise and adapt the global marketing plan to the local market and contribute to launch new service/products
  • Negotiate and manage all local vendor agreements with partners and taking then care of contract execution over time

 

Job requirements:

 

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position with a clear track record in managing sales team or 10 years’ sales leadership experience. A B2B sales background and/or having previously worked in the Retail industry preferred
  • Being able to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually-beneficial relationships
  • Strategic thinking & Business acumen - understanding current market, trends and competition
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements
  • Exceptional project management skills; able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality and timely results
  • People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit
  • Excellent mastery of written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
  • Analytical competences - ability to be critically analyze data and build solutions on selected insights. Advanced to expert user of Excel
