The candidate, within the General Accounting department, will report to the ‘Small Companies’ manager, ensuring a proper management of accounting activities for the assigned perimeter of companies and associations.


Requirements - Academic background in Administrative / Economics fields - At least 2 years of experience in accounting, with overview of annual closure. - English knowledge: Intermediate - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with particular reference to Excel) - Aptitude to work in cross-functional team - Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Customer Focus and proactivity, Good Communication by phone and by email - Knowledge of SAP system is preferable - Flexibility of working hours during peak activity, during monthly and year-end closure LOCATION: Torino TYPE OF CONTRACT: fixed – term 1 year with possibility to change into permanent contract

Duties and Responsibilities - Manage the data collection process independently and ensure compliance with administrative deadlines. - Provide support to customers, auditors and tax experts for preparation of accounting and management analysis. - Preparation of monthly reporting and financial statements with related obligations (journal, book inventories, book assets) - Preparation of bank, cash and intercompany reconciliation. - Analysis and control of balance sheet and income statements. - Accounting, treasury and end-of-year accounting records.
