The person will be in charge of developing the market in the territories of his/her competence (Italy, Saudi Arabia and Southern Europe), strengthening the relationship with actual customers and business partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel, Sales Partners management and other business projects.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing relationships with clients, together with generating new business opportunities.
  • Write business plans for all current and new opportunity business.
  • Act as the key interface between customers and HC divisions
  • Organize sales trainings with Partners, visiting and keeping contact, managing conflicts, supporting Partners in winning projects, closing deals.

Perform with ownership and representing the company in the assigned territories in the very best way.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past experience in similar roles;
  • Expertise in the HC business, market & products.

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree or Technical School (Master of Business Administration – plus).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in HC sales sector and knowledge of the local market.
  • Product-presentation and sales training experience. 
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to details, customer orientation, proactivity and autonomy in the job/ team player.
