Regional Marketing&Communications Manager


The candidate will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels that are in line with the brand standards. It will provide forward-looking ideas to build and maintain a strong brand presence through internal and external communication channels.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the branding strategy
  • Work with different functional teams to translate product launches, corporate strategic messages, success stories and others marketing communications plans by channel and audience
  • Develop and implement specific communications to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction, satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible also for Digital Marketing strategy and deployment; manage all communications and reporting of social media accounts
  • Test, measure and optimize effectiveness of messaging throughout the prospect to communication life cycle
  • Develop schedules/editorial calendars of all communications activities (dates, lists, content, goals) to keep colleagues informed and prepared for response
  • Develop, analyze, and report on all marcom results weekly, monthly, by term and annually
  • Responsible for managing the Marcom budget
  • Manage the Marcom team in term of career development and high employee engagement
  • Build relationship with other relevant Global and Regional teams
  • Responsible for the organization of external/internal events participation to tradeshows or company media day


Basic Requirements:

Excellent communication and writing skills in Italian and English

Must have superior writing and communication skills

Proven work experience as a marketing communications manager, social media marketing manager or related position preferably in higher education

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful internal and external marketing communications

Solid knowledge of marketing communications tools (social, email, text, marketing automation, CRM)

Excellent analytical skills; proven experience in a highly metric and fast paced environment

Results-oriented and accountable

BS in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Writing, Journalism or relevant field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:


Leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business/strategic plans

Demonstrated ability to manage a successful team

Excellent analysis, financial planning and business management skills

Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and competitive analysis

Strong experience with market research, development (with vendors), analysis and decision-making based upon the results

Strong marketing and advertising experience building brands through a variety of marketing tools; strong understanding of branding

Work base location: Faenza, Italy

Travel estimation: up to 40% of the time in the Italian territory and 20% of the time in the European or US territory
