Our client, a growing company is looking for a junior accountant to join their dynamic team ! As a provider of customized supply chain solutions, the company serves customers in many business-to-business market segments including supermarkets, healthcare facilities, universities, and restaurants. Founded in 1935, our company serves more than 80,000 customers through 80+ branches.

Responsibilities
-Assist with general ledger accounts in assigned accounting area (s) to include preparation of supporting schedules
-Preparation of appropriate journal entries, and reconciliation of account(s).
-Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
-Perform GL Chart Maintenance and related duties.
-Participate in other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
-Positive and professional demeanour.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and -
French, and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of team
members in various departments.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Intermediate skills with Microsoft: Access, Excel,
-Diploma of college studies, Attestation of college studies or
Certificate, University bachelor's degree in accounting or
administration or Finance
-2–5 years with full cycle of accounting
