- Collaborate with Global Brand Managers to co-create brand positioning, brandbook, core imagery and overarching campaign strategy- Localisation and realisation of brand plan and annual marketing plan for theunit commercial.- Champion the brand locally within the unit commercial to maximise motivation, optimiseresource and investment allocation in line with agreed plans- Sit on the unit commercial Leadership Team and collaborate with unit c colleagues toachieve unit commercial objectives- Accountable for adapting and localizing global brand content for respectiveunit commercial, working with local creative agencies as necessary (e.g. enhancingcontent and market-specific content needs)- Drive recommendations on local resourcing and promotional spend per productwith in collaboration with GM and with approval from BU Head- Manages approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory- Responsible for interfacing with select customers and KOLs and organizinglocal congresses- Monitor performance, update demand planning forecasts and manage localsupply for the brand as part of process.
