Responsibilities
- Handle the export process from order receipt to delivery
- Prepare shipping documents according to standards
- Keep track of the parts transfer list to subcontractors
- Keep ERP system parameters and customer files up to date
- Communicate with customers to carry out follow-ups
Qualifications
- College diploma in logistics, administration or equivalent
- 3 years' experience in a logistics job
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite tools, including Excel (intermediate level)
- Knowledge of SAP (asset)
- Experience of working with an ERP/MRP system
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and effective management of priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and good stress management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
