We are currently recruiting for one of our client 5 :

Customer Support (M/F)

Our client is a Bitcoin and blockchain company. The company is in the process of entering the European market and is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will help build and refine the European customer engagement cycle. The Customer Support Representative will report to the COO

Your responsibilities:
• Support the on-boarding process for customers
• Respond to emails from customers
• Create template email responses in collaboration with the COO and Chief Compliance Officer
• Support office management in collaboration with CFO

Your profile:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a consumer-facing customer support preferably in financial industry
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
• Experience in any of the following industries are a plus: Financial Front Office, Online Payments, Cryptocurrency
• Strong analytical and resolution skills
• Experiences in building operational procedures are a big plus
• Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical clients
• Strong interest in crypto-currency business
• Fluent in English (oral/written)
• Fluent in French, Dutch or German
