Rowlands is appointed by one of its clients, a company offering highly specialized expertise in Business Intelligence solutions across Belgium and Luxembourg, to recruit a Sales Manager (F/M).


• Reporting to the Belux Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities
• Acting as the lead point of contact, you will handle any specific matters and issues^coming from your clients ‘portfolio
• In conjunction with the management, you will implement sales strategies, processes and objectives
• You will negotiate accounts management contracts and agreements respecting the commercial policy of the company
• You will monitor and analyze sales performances, prepare management reports and suggest improvements
• With the support of the marketing, you should use your creativity and your knowledge of the IT market to provide innovative ideas for business growth
• In relation with the local pre-sales and consultants’ team, you will provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the clients ‘requirements


• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
• A relevant experience in selling software is required, ideally in Business Intelligence solutions
• Ability to translate technical needs into solution offerings
• Fluent in English and French
• High level communicator, able to create and develop a professional network
• Team-player with strong motivation to work in a challenging and fast-moving environment
