Job Title: Static Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-skilled) - Farnborough
Location: Farnborough, UK
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No on-call duty)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and skilled Static Supervisor to oversee two buildings at a solo-man site in Farnborough. As a Static Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of these facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to uphold the integrity and functionality of the buildings.
- Provide support to contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality work standards.
- Prepare accurate quotations for maintenance and repair projects, effectively managing budgets and resources.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a self-sufficient and passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in carrying out PPM tasks and coordinating with external contractors.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
