We are currently partnering with our client, a multinational based B2B event organiser to identify a talented CRM specialist to join their growing team.

about the job

The CRM Specialist provides support on CRM operation and specialist services which drive greater sales productivity and efficiency. CRM Specialist contributes to, and support the sales processes that drive revenue, from inception up until the sale is complete throughout the ASEAN region.

  • Support CRM operation issues & user management
  • Provide training on CRM system
  • Conduct processes to import new sales data and cleanse data when required
  • Management and provision of performance/KPI data to sales and leadership teams
  • Supporting Sales performance by providing a backbone of quality admin and processing power
  • Work closely with sales teams to define sales report needs, and work with regional BI team for report implementation
  • Identify and prioritize system needs from CRM users, and communicate with regional BI team for change requests

skills and experience required

  • CRM or sales operations experience
  • com certified administrator with hands-on experience
  • Experience in data analytics, particularly with sales and marketing data.
  • Clear understanding of website technology and related software.
  • Strong customer focus (both internal & external) and understanding of CRM principles and strategies
  • Collaboration skills including the ability to engage with IT, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing employees at all levels in order gather business needs and provide feedback.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze salesforce.com from both a technical and user perspective to facilitate user engagement, resolve system issues & lead system enhancement efforts
  • Process improvement skills including the ability to analyze business activity and requirements to identify opportunities and lead process design, enhancement and automation efforts
  • Good team player and collaborator
  • Good presentation and communication skills
