about the job

  • Complete review of employee claims and matching of receipts with claims submitted. This includes corporate card submission as well as non-corporate card submissions
  • Escalate issues faced and provide feedback to employees with regards to claims policy and procedures and processes
  • Follow up with respective employees on discrepancies on claims.
  • Assist to drive process consistency and standardisation to optimise operational efficiency and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the workflows
  • Able to work with various functions/parties (e.g. Banking partner) to extract information or clarify concerns/queries and to meet KPIs
  • Updating information into the ERP system in a timely manner, as per SLA
  • Support Team Leader in any ad hoc special projects where necessary

skills & experience required

  • At least a diploma in Accounting with 2 to 3 years of similar working experience.
  • Independent person with good organising & problem solving skills, takes initiative and is detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience in ERP system is added advantage (Microsoft NAV preferred)
