about the job

  • Create and propose marketing plan for the shopping mall, including thematic, media strategy with community approach thinking
  • Strategy approached based on market research and customer survey
  • Manage marketing, promotion and event initiatives
  • Collaborate with tenant for promotion and events
  • Prepare proposal presentation, complete with theme of event, design of media, brand participation, digital channel strategy, survey support as well as calculation of cost, sales target and work progress timeline
  • Manage the development of all specific communication materials and/or promotions through external & internal creative resources from briefing through to implementation

about the manager / team
Reporting to the GM, he comes with a wealth of shopping malls experience. He is creative and fun person to work with. The team works well and has good team spirit.


skills & experience required

  • Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in leasing in a retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, planning, and analytical skills
