My client is a leading food commodity manufacturer with strong global presence. Due to the business growth, they are looking for a strategic, hands-on and strong Regional Sales Manager to join their team and to grow the business.

about the job

You will be reporting to the Head of Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategize and execute sales strategy to achieve the target
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationship and aggressive business development
  • Lead a team of managers
  • Ensure sales operation excellence
  • Motivate and coach the sales team and create a driven sales culture

skills and experienced required

  • 10 years of B2B food industrial sales experience (flour/sugar/baking ingredients/oils)
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and business development
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a sales team
  • First class communication skill with all levels of stakeholders
  • Passionate, strategic and hands-on
