about the role

Although this is a HR generalist role, we are seeking for someone who's strength is in Rewards, Talent Management, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.



  • Reviewing strategies for rewards and establish performance management system which are aligned to the overall strategic direction of the Company;
  • Reviewing and recommending to the Board any changes to the compensation.

Talent Management & Performance Management

  • Manage the talent management full processes which include employee profilling, preparation of individual development plan, monitor progress in terms of leadership development for all levels of employees.
  • Oversee the management of Management Associates Program: sourcing, selection, development plans planning, oversee rotation and evaluation of graduation of Management Associates.
  • Support & manage the overall Performance Management Process : Goal Setting, Mid Year Review, Year End Review, Performance Calibration and preparation for Year End Rewards Pay-out
  • Identify appropriate learning & development plans, vendors and external providers. Negotiate price and execute various leadership development programs.


  • Develop strategies for recruitment, staffing which are aligned to the overall strategic direction of the Company
  • Coordinate interview and hiring decision process
  • Work with division to assess resource requirements, recruitment and develop HR policies
