about the company

This is a multinational based security solution provider. With the business expansion, they are looking for talented key account manager to grow their retail portfolio.

about the job

  • Develop new business and opportunities in focused local market segments to achieve company target and strategies
  • To oversee (directly or indirectly) a small team of sales manager to drive sales strategy and target for focused business segments and key customers
  • To regularly hold account meeting communication to monitor and review progress of identified opportunities in line with agreed objectives
  • To produce individual customers account plans to include objective, strategic revenue plan, services strategy and customer profiles
  • Development of long term account plans for key customers in line with client strategic growth to sustain business and drive mutual growth
  • To maintain and develop relationship across all functions and level with assigned customer responsibility
  • To negotiate favourable trading terms on price service and profitability
  • To ensure preparation of financial simulation and business options for major projects for customers for discussion with Director
  • To perform on-going evaluations of result against target of sales staff, recommend plans to drive performance to meet sales target & sales initiatives and produce relevant reports to Director

skills and experience required

  • Strong background in service sector management and business development.
  • Strong commitment, leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of large bids and tenders with, MNC’s and Governments
  • A proven track record in driving business development strategy
  • Strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and persuasion skills
