- In charge of the end-to-end project management process, ensuring the smooth execution of the outsourcing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, define project scope, and establish timelines and milestones.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and requirements related to the Products/Operations efficiency/digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with external vendors to establish effective partnerships
- Conduct vendor assessments, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors meet performance expectations
- Closely monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and address any project risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
- Ensure the outsourcing projects align with the organization's overall business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and identify potential areas for process improvement
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager (insurance operation or product-related projects)
- Strong knowledge of insurance vendor management principles, best practices, and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a deep understanding of insurance contract terminology and provisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
