We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the medical devices within a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against targets and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 1 years of sales experience within the medical device business.
