In this opportunity you will call yourself an Operation Support Group Clerk; you are THE person who is the first point of contact for the customers of UPS SCS in Roermond. It’s your responsibility to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Because of your daily tasks you are the important link between customers, the warehouse and carriers.



You are in charge of:

- customer service and problem solving: customers might have requests or problems that require immediate action. You need to be able to take action independently and if require, escalate situation to the proper management level or the quality assurance team.

- communication between the warehouse team and the customer or carriers;

- arranging and booking of the transport for in- and outbound shipments;

- order preparing including the related transport documentation such as invoices and packing lists;

- creating customer and company related reports.



You have:

· vocational training level by education or experience;

· (basic) experience with administrative tasks (preferable Microsoft Office);

· a customer service attitude and you’re able to build up a strong operational relation with your customers); happy customer, happy you :-)

· a no-nonsense mentality;

· good communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Dutch is a plus;

· a teamplayer mentality;

· a fulltime availability and flexibility in terms of working hours and tasks



It’s a full time position in day- (08.00-18.00) or two shifts (06.00-22.00). Salary starts from EUR 1.780 gross per month. You will receive travel expenses from 10 kilometers. If the position is in shifts, there will be a shift allowance.
