Cargill CASC operates on an integrated global basis to source, store, trade, process and distribute grains and oilseeds including wheat, corn, oilseeds, barley and sorghum, as well as vegetable oils and meals. The position:
As Customer Service Representative your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue by meeting supplier/customer needs and expectations with regards to contract execution & order fulfillment. From our head office at Schiphol you handle all rape meal flows to customers from our plants in Antwerp and Gent (Belgium). The customer service responsibilities start with the receipt of the medium term planning, followed by contract scheduling and nomination after which the process is handed over to the execution team. The customer service team also handles after-care such as complaint management, customer performance metrics, inputs on customer account plans.

The Customer Service Representative:
- Is primary point of contact for the supplier for all aspects related to contracts nomination, deliveries & order fulfillment, including problem solving;
- Collaborates with suppliers and internal parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value;
- Monitor order patterns, anticipating demand & scheduling and pro-actively inform suppliers/customers about contract balances and related information;
- Work with suppliers , commercial & planning, logistics & execution to ensure the suppliers delivery requirements can be met whilst maintaining an efficient and effective supply chain;
- Pro-actively inform suppliers of down time of our facilities, delays with deliveries etc; monitor situation pro-actively to minimize impact for the customer and re-schedule or re-route deliveries if necessary;
- Is specialist in Customer Service topics including contracts.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience;
- 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Customer Services or relevant customer facing experience;
- Experience in a process driven environment a plus;
- Good verbal and written communication on Intermediate level of English, French and Dutch Language.
