For a business development team of one of the most dynamic on the market we are looking for talented business developers who drive the company forward, meeting clients, negotiating deals, and caring for our existing client‘s needs.

We are looking for 2–3 ambitious university graduates, preferably Dutch or British native, commercially talented, creative and flexible to scour the market creating deals. Our client provides the training, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. The right candidate, with the drive to move up the ladder quickly, has the opportunity to become a Senior Business Development Manager.

The position is Prague-based but travel to Bucharest and Budapest is often required to support the Group Business Development team.

You will have the following responsibilities:
Finding tenants for the portfolio in Centreal Eastern Europe
Letting, means finding tenants directly or through working with different real estate companies or other organizations in order to reduce vacancy or initiate new developments. This includes cold calls, mails, meetings, presentations and negotiations.

To have eyes and ears open in order to identify suitable acquisition targets.

Build and maintain a network of contacts:
Working with real estate agents, consultants, estate agencies representatives and clients

Terms negotiations with existing and prospective clients and coordination of internal resources in order to finalize deals

After-Sales & After-Care:
Most of new business comes from existing clients expanding or opening a new location. Therefore, it is very important to be in touch with them, make sure they´re satisfied and they can grow the business and work with you on extensions or even bring their subcontractors, logistics service providers etc.
Coordination of meetings and viewings with clients and locally based project managers
Others which helps to present, promote and grow business in the region. The ideal candidate would develop a strong understanding about what the company stands for and offers, learn all about the projects which are currently available, and have up-to-date information about the characteristics of the central European region.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree
