As a customer service team lead, you support the customer service activities by directing and overseeing 6 team members. Tasks are resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. You and your team is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer support and develop customer relationships.

- good understanding of customer service processes
