About the job

Not one, not two, but three of our clients in Venlo are currently looking for an experienced troubleshooter to handle issues and/or errors in their warehouses.

Before coming up with a good solution, you will analyze and prioritize any incoming issues, and answer any questions of your coworkers and the customers regarding disruptions, if needed together with your superior.

You will report on the operational issues to the warehouse supervisor and propose improvements for the work processes when you see the opportunities. Once proposed and approved, you will also be the one to take care of elaborating on and executing the improvements to ensure the work process will run smoothly. On top of this, you will monitor and check the entered details about the goods-in, goods-out or forwarding by entering, registering and analyzing periodical and ad-hoc counts which you will report on to the responsible officers.

If no issues occur and all counts have been taken care of, you will execute all other common tasks in the warehouse.

Who are you?

A true problem solver! Thanks to your creativity and experience you are able to solve issues in a dynamic workplace with a sometimes heavy workload. You are able to see where things can be improved and take the initiative to do so, and always have a clear overview over current issues. Besides that, you are capable of planning and organizing.

Also good to have:

  • Fluent English (Dutch and/or German would be a great plus)

  • Experience as a troubleshooter in logistics

  • Flexibility in working hours
