We are currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator who is available for a 3 week full time opportunity. Based in Johnsonville, you will be a jack of all trades and be willing to get stuck in where and when needed.

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Organising couriers
  • Minute Taking
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Organising catering and general kitchen upkeep
  • Adhoc administration requests from the senior managers

The successful candidate will be proactive, work effectively within a team, have good organisational skills and be able to hit the ground running. The ability to manage a fast and busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude is the key to success in this temporary role. You may bring PA experience or have a solid background as an administrator, if so we would love to hear from you!

Ideal applicants would:

  • have 2+ years administration experience
  • have experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • be available to start 16th July 8.30am - 5.00pm and able to travel to Johnsonville
